Do not buy from this company. Worst experience of my life. Unbelieveable delays in delivery of our doors this put our house build on hold for months. No customer service.rude sales team. No response to calls or emails. Advise doors were passive certified. They arent. Considering legal action. Horrible horrible company
AVOID at all costs! Even if you have to pay significantly more elsewhere do it. These "professionals" are anything but. Atrocious customer service - they have yet to respond to one email that has been sent to them, I am wondering if they are unable to use email. They sent the wrong sized windows - despite coming around to measure it would seem basic maths is beyond them. Failed to deliver items. Avoid avoid avoid it is not worth your time or energy. Time to get the ombudsman and lawyers involved!!
