I visited the restaurant the other night and ordered King Steer burger meals. They arrived cold, and when I requested them to be reheated, they were returned still cold. I didn't enjoy my experience this time.
I placed an order, and when I called to track it, I was informed it would arrive in 5 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called again, only to be rudely hung up on by the staff members.
