C H S QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PRETORIA, GP

Had placed an order the 3rd of December 2015 with their company "brilliant gift shop" (under the Oxendale umbrella) and was told I had to do a credit check. I wanted to buy the items outright so had to ring up on the 4th for the order. All the items in my previous order were not there so I had to reorder them and some were out of stock at this stage so I could no longer reorder them. Strike one. I then was checking my order on the 15th and found one had been cancelled (not by me) and when I rang was told that it too was out of stock and they don't know when it'll be back in. No communication that the item was out of stock and would not have known if I hadn't checked. Strike two. 21st of December and still waiting for items to be delivered, ring the support team and I'm told one of the items has been lost in transit and they cannot track of reorder it in time for Christmas. Strike three. Still waiting for the last item to be delivered and was told by the support agent it would be Wednesday or Thursday, and when I spoke to the support manager was told it would be today or tomorrow. If you want to keep your sanity and not be disappointed or disappoint others for Christmas, under no circumstance order from the Oxendales businesses.
