A cool and relaxed place. The staff is just okay.

A very nice store with everything needed for studies in any field you can imagine. I would have liked the staff to offer to contact me when they received the stock I required. Access to the store is challenging with there being only a single way to enter the parking area, so be aware that you have to travel down Currie Ave from the Fleurdale direction.

I don't like the long lines because there are a lot of tills, plus people in town are busy. The store needs more tills!

Great service! The staff was friendly and engaging in conversation. The consultant even went so far as to Google a street name on my behalf using the company desktop. I'm glad I stopped by. Excellent service all the way. Highly recommended!

A very helpful male assistant; he knows the books and Unisa courses very well. However, the cashier was not that helpful and even assisted someone who was not willing to stand in the queue before all the other people waiting. She is the reason for only three stars instead of 5.
