Horrendous experience. €40,000 for a residential cabin that is deemed 'unsafe' to live in by structural engineer. I tried to pursue legally but this company applied for voluntary liquidation and opened a 'new' phoenix company called Beaver Log Cabins(Ni). Same Directors working out of same premises still building residential log cabins. They do not adhere to any building regulations. I found this out when the Director,Trevor Watson, actually admitted this to me. It's unbelievable but it is experience. By using the liquidation loophole- This means they can walk away from fixing my home. I am one of 3 people that I know of who were trying to pursue this company legally. Got my log cabin with this company and it couldn't off been any better! I've had the best experience with this company and I couldn't fault them one bit! I love my log cabin and it is the big cabin I've ever seen! A lot of people have their own opinions and their own faults but I don't see where exactly things are going wrong. I've had the best experience with the company and my log cabin is the best!! I've heard a lot of different reviews and one woman particularly which is claiming that beaver log cabins haven't offered help to repair her cabin which is false. this lady has a guarantee not from the seller itself but from the manufacture. This lady is scamming money on the internet too fix a log cabin which log cabins have offered to fix and repair for free! Why watch people, beg people and scam money on the internet when this can be repaired. Check the law in Ireland 1997 in the privacy of people. The lady is still living in her house and making out this it’s not fit to live in after 6 months getting over 12k when she said it would only cost 10k to fix it and this house is still not fixed. A lot of people over exaggerate and lie and I don't think it's very fair for the company because the company has been brilliant!

I bought off this company and from the start it was a total disaster paid for a kitchen which I never received and now they won't refund me my money. Was told it would take 2 weeks to complete it took 2 full years and now there are flaws in the frame work and I'm waiting for it to come apart. No after sale service they ask for cash in hand which is never a good idea but the boss is so pushy and convincing says all the he right things. Residential Cabin I needed an extension in my home and because log cabins do not require planning permission I decided to contact Beaver Log Cabins. I was able to work with the design team at Beaver Log Cabins to come up with two excellent log cabins that were perfect for my needs. The first cabin is for residential use and is heated using oil, which is very cost effective. The second cabin is used as an utility room.
