Absolute disgrace! Made my brother walk from the main road home (roughly 1km) a bendy country road after trying to over charge him for his taxi home. He only had €10 and they said they would drop him all the way home as it would be €15. A taxi from Castleblayney to Broomfield is usually €10. As a result left a drunk 21 year old to walk home in the dark! Even after the incident of Fintan Traynor! RIP... Absolutely disgusted with the money grabbing company, with no regard for their customers safety!
Complete rip off! trys to take advantage of their customers, tried to charge us twice, when we refused to pay stating we already paid they kicked us out of the taxi at 5am, in the rain with no way home! Telling us we had no choice to pay as there was no other taxis! Also told us we were in the wrong due to us 'being drunk'. NO customer service, rude, began to argue and shout at us!
