I had an outstanding experience at this pharmacy. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making my visit a pleasure from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to assist. Their patience and attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer.
Without a shadow of a doubt, Klinicare Mill Park Pharmacy is the best. The most caring and knowledgeable pharmacists and staff you could ever wish to have assist you. A bonus is their extended hours. If I could give a ten-star rating, I would!
I usually receive great service as we purchase meds quite often at this branch, but yesterday when I called for medication to be delivered, I had the worst experience. The guy had such an attitude and wasn't very assisting. He then took my details down and told me it would be delivered the same day. Today when I called to ask about my script, they first couldn't find my order. Then they told me that it was placed in the wrong box, and I must collect; they won't deliver. They won't see me again.
Pharmacists are incredibly helpful and always willing to assist, whether over the phone or in person. The best pharmacists in town!
