Bought a Mondeo from Webb motors recently. Was a bit worried as I live in Cork and they're located in Dublin. But they were highly professional and the entire purchase went really well. Even had some teething issues with the car which they resolved by going well out of their way to get fixed. Grant was the man I dealt with and he was exceptional and amazingly helpful throughout. Thanks to all of them but especially Grant. Really can't recommend them highly enough. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
Absolute con artists. Can't believe how rude Willie is and how he gets away with conning people like he does. He completely conned us and we are taking them to court.
Was sold a faulty car from webb motors. We gave willie every opportunity to fix the problem but in the end he just stopped answering his phone, hopping we would go away. No way to run a business. Please avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs! They sold me a faulty car, mislead me, lied to me, and ultimately I ended up having to get a solicitor involved. Do not go near them.

The Irish public need to know the truth about Webb Motors who sell used cars from a car showroom and garage on the South Circular Road in Dublin. - Webb Motors sold a faulty car to a customer. They lied to the customer and misled them and then when the issue was discovered, Webb Motors refused to give the customer a refund. - Webb Motors told the customer that the car had been serviced the day before the customer collected it and this was a lie. - Webb Motors put the wrong oil in the customer's car because the correct oil was too expensive for them. They admitted this on the phone! Putting the wrong oil in a car can damage a car. - Webb Motors lied to the customer, telling them that they'd repair the faulty car that they had sold them, and then they didn't repair it! - Webb Motors promised to give the customer a refund if the repair job was unsuccessful and then they failed to deliver on this promise. - The owner Willie was the most unprofessional and rudest car dealer that the customer had ever dealt with. Webb Motors offer warranties, finance and say that all of their cars are 'quality approved'. Just because they offer these things does not mean that they are a reliable, trustworthy car garage. The customer who Webb Motors misled would never trust them again. If you are thinking about buying a used car in Dublin, look up Webb Motors reviews and you'll see that while some people got lucky and had a good experience, there are LOTS of people who had a really bad experience.
